Paul Zinno is President and CEO of J.P. Diversified Asset Management LLC.  Mr. Zinno is a lifelong Rhode Islander and owned and operated a previous business in the state for over 20 years.  

Mr. Zinno entered the Brokerage Industry in 2004, and worked for UBS Financial Services, Bank of America Investment Services/Merrill Lynch, and US Trust, Private Portfolio Services

"I decided to open my own Registered Investment Advisory Firm to give me true independence in managing my clients accounts.  Under the large banks and brokerage houses, Advisors and Portfolio Managers are often under the constraints of recommended buy lists and favored or affiliated fund companies.

At JPD Asset Management I enjoy true freedom to choose the investments that are right for my clients.  Also, under a fee-only compensation model, trades and investments are made on their merit, there is no benefit to the Investment Advisor Representative to overly trade the clients account.

This arrangement is beneficial to the client not only in reduced trading fees but it is a more tax efficient way to manage one's account."

As a Registered Investment Adviser we are under a fiduciary duty to place our clients interests before our own.  J.P. Diversified Asset Management LLC does not maintain custody of clients assets, but instead utilizes the services of TD Ameritrade as our custodian.
